Hi guys!
So I'm really, really sorry for the lack of posts recently but unfortunately my GCSE work is getting heavy now and I'm seriously stressing but I will try and get a proper post up soon. Also I think I'm going to try and write a few extra posts over Easter so that I won't totally disappear when it comes to my exams too so hopefully all will go well and I'll be able to manage to keep putting up regular posts... well that's the plan anyways... :L
Anyways, so today, I just wanted to alert you all to the fact that The Body Shop has 40% off all products online including sale products so if you like The Body Shop, or want to try out some new products then now is a good time to stock up!
Also, if you read my review of The Mango Body Butter (linked here) then you might want to try that, so if you do, then you might be pleased to hear that it is now: £7.50 for 300ml and £9.00 for 400ml with the 40% taken off.
If you've read my review then you will know that I definitely reccommend this body butter which is why I thought I would let you all know about the discount offer!

The Body Shop: Mango Body Butter Review
Hi guys!
Hope you’re all well and having a good week!
So, in my last post about the Soap and Glory: The Righteous
Butter, I mentioned that I had just tried a new body moisturiser that I thought
might be even better and that I would do a post on it soon. Well, here is that
post, and the body moisturiser is (Drum roll please!): The Body Shop’s Mango
Body Butter!
I bought this quite recently from their website when they
were on offer and so managed to get this 300ml pot for a bargainous £3! I was
only intending on getting a small pot, but at £3, I just couldn’t resist, and
I’m glad I didn’t! The full price for a 300ml pot normally is £18.75 which is
quite frankly ridiculous but The Body Shop do pretty much consistently run
offers and deals so it’s worth keeping an eye out for these so that you can get
it for a much better price. You can also buy a 50ml pot for £5, 200ml for £12.50
or 400ml for £25 at standard prices.
The packaging of the body butter isn’t anything special but
it is bright, simple and also, practical. I hate impractical packaging such as
squirty tubes because you always end up wasting so much product but with a tub
you don’t have this problem, and also, once you’ve used up all the product in
the tub, you can always use it to store other stuff! So the packaging gets a
thumbs up!
The smell of the product I have to say I was doubtful of
when I ordered it. In fact, I probably
wouldn’t have chosen this scent if I’d had more choice, but there wasn’t much
stock left in my favourite scents from The Body Shop so I just picked mango,
despite not having smelt it before. However, I am extremely glad I did as it is
a beautiful, light, fresh, summery scent and I just love it! I know it might
not be everyone’s cup of tea, and usually I wouldn’t have thought it would be
mine, but it really is gorgeous! It will be even more ideal when we eventually
get some sunny weather! So I’m definitely glad I took a chance on the mango
scent.
Then, the product itself; I’m not entirely sure how to
explain just how moisturising this is, it is literally like a drink for your
skin, I’m guessing it would be like the equivalent of drinking like a gallon of
water! I always put my moisturiser on at night and I will still be able to
physically feel the moisture in my skin when I wake up the next morning, and
even right through to the evening. It’s just amazing how moisturising it is – I
really have never come across anything like it, even Soap and Glory’s The
Righteous Butter. Also, because it’s quite a liquid-y formula rather than a
really thick one, you don’t really need to use that much product at all, so
although a big pot is very expensive, it will last you a long time and if you
want to make it last even longer, you don’t really need to use it every day
either because it is so moisturising. I would say that you do need to leave
your skin for a good while before getting dressed because it does need a while
to sink in, but, considering how moisturising it is, I think it can be let off
for that!
So, overall, obviously, I am definitely recommending this!
However, I wouldn’t advise buying it at full price because that is extremely
expensive and if you’re patient a deal will come along sooner or later!
As always, thank you so much for reading and remember to
subscribe or follow me on twitter (@megankathleenm) if you want to keep up to
date with my posts!
Bye for now!

Soap and Glory The Righteous Butter Review!
Hey guys!
I have never actually bought this for myself, the main big pot I have is shared with my sister from the huge Soap and Glory gift set we got for christmas and the little pots are from other little gift sets I've recieved, so I'm not actually sure how much it is, but to be honest though, I'm not sure I want to know because I'm pretty sure it's going to be expensive, but it is very good.
I love the packaging of Soap and Glory products - It's all very well done and I love the classic but modern look that the brand has, so packaging is a big thumbs up!
Then the smell, ahhh! The smell! I absolutely love the Soap and Glory scent, and when you put the body butter on you really do end up stinking of it, so make sure you do like the scent! But I love it!
And then, the most important bit, the actual product. Again, I love it! It's a really indulging, luxurious, thick, creamy and just gorgeous body butter. It soaks in quickly and unlike some other body butters or lotions which may still do good, it really feels like it does good too! It's one of the best body butters I have ever used and really does moisturise your skin so well! You can put it on, then put your clothes on within minutes because it soaks in so quickly, but it still keeps your skin moisturised for the whole day and you can really feel it moisturising your skin! It's absolutely amazing! It's definitely the best feeling moisturiser I've ever used although I can't actually say it's the most moisturising because I actually tried a new moisturiser the other day which was even more moisturising! I'll be doing a post on that moisturiser soon too so watch out for that to find out what it is!
But anyways, back to Soap and Glory, The Righteous Butter really is amazing and definitely deserves the reputation it has as an amazing moisturiser! It's certainly a gorgeous treat for your skin! However, although I'm not sure exactly how much it is, I do know that it is relatively expensive, I think a big tub is about £10, and its hardly ever on offer, but if you are looking to spend that much on a moisturiser, this is definitely worth it! So, I am most definitely recommending it to anyone of you reading this who wants to treat yourself and your skin!
Oh, and watch out for the upcoming post that I will do soon on that mystery Body Butter which is even more moisturising than the famous Soap and Glory!
As always, thank you so much for reading, thank you for subscribing if you already have, and if you haven't, then please do if you like my blog!

So I'm here with my promised review of Soap and Glory's The Righteous Butter! But first I just wanted to show you guys my boots! I know this is a beauty blog and all, but I have really been loving these boots and they have got me all the way through the winter, snow and all, and I really love them, so just thought I'd share with you all! They were only £20 (plus my mum bought them for me so they cost me nothing) and are perhaps one of the best buys I've made in a long time! I love them and will definitely be keeping them to wear next year too!
Anyways, now I've got that little current love out of the way, it's onto the Soap and Glory, another little love of mine!
I've had ridiculously dry skin recently, after all the cold of winter, and so, I have turned to Soap and Glory's The Righteous Butter to help get me through!

Radox Moisturise Shower Therapy Review!
Hi guys!
So unfortunately my camera is still not fixed or replaced so for the moment I'm either going to have quite bad photos, or old ones which I took previously before it broke - sorry guys!
Today, I thought I'd do a review of the Radox Shower Therapy Shower Gel (because I have a picture of it and also because its been my shower gel of choice recently).
To start with this shower gel looks really simple, and not like anything special, but once you use it it's actually really good!
It is only a cheap shower gel, I think Boots have these pretty much permanantly on half price at £1, and I'm pretty sure they're always a pound in supermarkets like ASDA, so it isn't the most indulging shower gel, if you want something like that then you would go for a more expensive Radox gel, or to another brand like Lush or Rituals. However, as an everyday shower gel, this is gorgeous!
The smell is nice, fresh and clean. It isn't a particularly strong scent, it's just a soft, clean smell which is nice and refreshing for everyday. It's not anything special, but I find it quite a comforting smell and I think it is quite a difficult scent to dislike because it's just one of those smells that's quite neutral, but still nice.
The shower gel itself is also just really lovely! Its lovely and creamy and soft and is just really pleasant! It's not as indulging as the more expensive brands, such as Rituals for example, but as an everyday shower gel it's pretty darn good!
I'm not sure about the moisturising aspect of this shower gel, because I have ridiculously dry skin at the moment and have been slavering myself in Soap and Glory The Righteous Butter (I'm going to try and grab some photos of that and put a review up in the next week) all the time recently to try and help so I haven't really been able to tell whether this has been helping too, but all the same, even if it isn't really that moisturising, it's still a good product!
So, overall, I LOVE this product! It's a total bargain at £1, especially when you compare it to other shower gels like Dove for example which, when you compare the cost per 100ml it is more than half the price of on the Boots website when its at £1. Plus, the quality is great and it is just a really lovely shower gel! I have to say - I am impressed! I definitely think I will be purchasing this product in the future, and I think it might even become my new everyday shower gel of choice - definitely recommending it!
Hope you like this review guys!
As always, thank you for reading, remember to subscribe if you like my blog, and I will be back soon with another post!
Hope you all have good weeks - I know I am going to because I'm off to go see The Wombats again tomorrow - EEEK! :D
Bye for now and I'll be back soon!
